We had a really great experience with Charlie’s Roofing. They did a fantastic job on our roof and were super easy to work with from start to finish. They answered all our questions, listened to what we needed, and followed through on everything we asked for.
We also had a more complicated flat roof, and they handled it without any issues. Everything was done cleanly and professionally.
On top of that, their pricing was the best we found, which made it an easy decision.
This is actually the fourth roof they’ve done in our family, and every time they’ve been consistent and reliable — just solid work all around.
If you're looking for a responsive, friendly, easy-to-work-with, and affordable roofer I recommend Carlos with Charlie Roofing. I called him up to get a quote on a full roof replacement and he was able to get out to my place within just a few days (faster than almost every other contractor I called). He was very polite and considerate, and his quote came in $800 lower than the next closest bid. And that was a quote for a solid mid-range shingle with a limited lifetime warranty and synthetic underlayment--so he's not cutting corners on quality. I called Charlie Roofing to set up a bid and left a voice mail, Carlos called me back in the next hour to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly on time for the appointment and provided a bid the same day. I selected his bid out of three because I believe in supporting local, small businesses plus his bid was much more reasonable than the other small business. I also referenced checked the heck out of his company, and the products he uses, and was pleased with my results. When I accepted the bid, he called me right away to set the start date and time.
