The review is getting one star. Not for quality of services but for how bad they are at returning phone calls. You would think that a small business during recession would take any business possible. I had a microneedling appointment on Saturday. After trying to call at least three times a day and even went to the actual location to add on additional appointments for me and my mom (more money for them) I got zero communication until yesterday when the aesthetician finally reached out only to cancel . Check out Derma Spa on the westside for a Nordstrom quality spa experience that's friendly, professional, punctual, and better at calling you back.

The minute you walk in you will feel cared for and taken care of. Cori is amazing! I've never been one to invest in my skin with facials but I honestly have seen such a difference in my skin now that I keep saving for that next appointment. Thank you Blush for all that you do :)
