The tech was friendly and professional!!!! He answered all of our questions about our furnace issues. He took his time with us and actually showed us everything not just told us about what he found. He explained options and I felt he was very honest and upfront. He did not try to “sell” us any unnecessary parts or services. They also were very quick to schedule us an apt when our heat went out, and the lady who set our apt was also very professional and kind. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

The technician, David, called me at 11:45 to advise me he was on the way, be there in about 15 min. He showed up at noon just as he had told me. He was very polite, verified what work needed to be done. Took him about 15 minutes and was on his way.

I recently had Brian’s help with a plumbing issue, and I’m very pleased! First thing, Brian mentioned that he noticed my pride flag and asked what my pronouns were, which I found incredibly thoughtful as no one has ever asked that. It immediately made me feel safe as a queer woman living alone. What I thought was a drainage issue turned out to be a whole re-plumbing of my kitchen sink. Brian gave me updates as he worked, and he explained to me all of my options before taking any next steps. He also took the time to show me and teach me what the issue was with the original plumbing and how to care/clean the new plumbing. He was very thorough, kind, and professional.... read full review
