October 2025. So pleased! After trying for weeks to eradicate the mice I surrendered and called Bigfoot. Elliott was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He looked around the interior and then went outside to check the perimeter for entry holes. He found it and plugged it up, then set out box traps (my word) outside and small traps in the kitchen that are easy to set, to rid my house of the residue mice. Soon I'll be mouse-free! I’ve used Bigfoot for two different services now, and they’ve been great both times. Friendly, prompt, efficient, communicative, and they do quality work. Even knocked money off my bill since the job took less time than they expected

Easy to make an appointment and was happy with appointment reminders! They were in and out in a timely manner. Had a good experience over the phone, tech was very helpful and friendly!
