October 2025. So pleased! After trying for weeks to eradicate the mice I surrendered and called Bigfoot. Elliott was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He looked around the interior and then went outside to check the perimeter for entry holes. He found it and plugged it up, then set out box traps (my word) outside and small traps in the kitchen that are easy to set, to rid my house of the residue mice. Soon I'll be mouse-free! Bigfoot is highly recommended! Thank you! P.S. Mouse-free!
Update: January 2026. Quarterly inspection which I signed up for at a reasonable cost per visit. Giant exterior bait boxes around foundation were refilled. He checked for entry points again. Friendly and efficient!
