The entire team at Bayshore was spot-on for every aspect of my septic tank replacement project. They worked in tandem with the septic designer and the county to get the outcome we needed --a modern long-lasting system that I can rely on far into the future. The installation crew was AMAZING: efficient, skilled, diligent at caring for the site and leaving it well graded and ready for new ground cover. The foreman was knowledgeable and experienced, making site and preparation suggestions that I as the home-owner could assist with to keep costs down. We needed a new septic system for our new ADU. The Bay Shore tram walked through everything ensuring the system would meet our need. They were quick to answer questions, always arrived when they said they would be on-site, and the team were all super friendly.

This review is long overdue, but we want to take a moment to express our deep appreciation for Bayshore Construction and the incredible kindness and professionalism of Brandon and his team. We first met Brandon nearly 15 years ago when he installed the septic system at our home on Lake St. Clair. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and worked seamlessly with the engineer designing the system. Over the years, our septic system has functioned beautifully, and we often reflected on how much we appreciated Brandon’s expertise and kindness during the construction process—he truly stood out as one of the best people we worked with.
