I just got a postcard telling me I can get a free video inspection from this company. The lady I spoke to said that unless I had a backup or mold I didn't qualify. It states clearly on the flyer that I do. Very misleading advertising. I wonder what else they do that's not above board???

We had a leak on the house side of the City's Water Meter (which the City says they didn't cause it when their contractor disturbed the old meter to put the wires in for a new meter) which needed to be repaired before the City contractor (Pacific Metering Services out of Nevada) could complete the installation of the NEW water meter. Advanced Plumbing was several hours late showing up on the date of their initial visit and when they did show up (and we were not home), they didn't even notice our meter was in the neighbor's driveway.
