Look at other home builders before adair. I know I wish I could go back on my home build personally. Only reason for a 5 star rating is so people can see this and take it into consideration. I would give Adair one star out of five. Lack of communication with adair and sub contractors install and order wrong fishing work.
These homes are high quality and finished on time, I had one built in WA that was up and ready to move in after 3 months construction in a rainy windy early spring near the ocean. It was far below the local price for the same size house with attached 2-car garage. It was not overpriced as some reviews said, when it is done with quality materials and on time. Adair rep even advised me on the dirt work being too expensive for their quote and suggested more bids. He saved me thousands of dollars with his advice and I got 2 more bids for the excavation and backfill. Came to this branch because we live near it currently but are working on a house at the Idaho branch. Needed to look at options and had lots of questions. Very willing and helpful even though we are building at a different Adair branch. Appreciate the honesty and no pressure to go outside our budget.
