It was a joy to work with Abbey Floors to replace a failed LVP installation by another contractor. A fantastic selection of quality LVP to choose from and we were able to bring samples to our home for final choice. The installation team was courteous, timely and professional.
We had moved our furniture to clean the carpets and reevaluated new carpet. We did not want to move everything back again. Carl, our showroom salesman helped facilitate a quick measure and order after we picked our beautiful carpet. The carpet and color we picked was in production, so we did have a bit of a wait. Worth it. Our installers, Wyatt and Lem, were masters of their trade. Our home is large and not an easy layout. And the stairs! Wow, Wyatt did the “bullnose” edge and it is striking. We will definitely be singing the praises and referring everyone we know to Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors.
This is my second, great experience with Abbey Capitol Floors. The carpet is a great product and support was excellent. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Special thanks to owners Blake and Lori for their guidance and assistance. Carl and Dave were helpful as well. Andres performed the installation. Quick, professional & looks exceptional . Well done.
Capitol Floors also installed my wood flooring last year. Blake, owner stood by me when other businesses likely would not. My installer hung in there through a significant complication as well. Professional, competent. I trust this business.
