“My elderly mother had a water leak in her bathroom. I called with an emergency request for a repair. The lady who I talked with went above and beyond. She said all the tech's were booked but to give her 5 mins and she would see what she could do. She called me back in 5 mins and was able to schedule a tech!! His name was Lalo. I talked with my mother and she said he showed up quickly, was very professional, fixed the issue quickly and he and his assistant even helped her clean up the water and wet towels and rugs in her bathroom.
