Ocean Beach Medical Clinic - Ocean Park

We got to Ocean Park today and my husband needed to be seen for his knee, thinking there would be an urgent care somewhere. We were told the only place to go was the ER at this hospital. It’s never fun going to the ER and my husband never goes, so when he doesn’t argue with me about going I know it’s serious. The nurses and the Dr that were there today were amazing. They knew we were from out of town and made it the easiest ER visit we have ever experienced. We were there less than two hours and that included getting X-rays. Explained everything throughly, listened to us about the plan for the next step and even did things to make that easier on us. Thank you all so much for actually taking care of people and not treating them like a number!!!

Thank you so much to Dr. Weaver and all the wonderful nurses and staff. The care for my husband when he had emergency surgery on his appendix was the BEST!!! Everyone was so caring and friendly. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. They treated us like family. Thank you again.
