Paul is so talented. I have not had a massage in over 10 years because I suffer from major anxiety. He took a lot of time with me, explain the process and how movement therapy works. I felt comfortable the whole time. I am even looking forward to my next massage. I truly can't explain how amazing the experience was, I know people love massges but when you have anxiety something like this can be so scary. I was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. What a great guy. Helped this old computer idiot when my laptop died. He looked thru the computers at Costco and told me exactly what model to buy to not spend a lot but have the functionality I need. And then rescued my hard drive from my old laptop and transferred everything to the new computer in incredibly timely fashion. I just turned it on and it was ready to go. They are very nice and do good work. Because they are good people, they are busy so you may have a small wait if it's not an urgent issue. But if it is, they make every attempt to work you in.
