This company custom built a house for us 4 yrs ago. We had two houses built n Fl., where we lived before moving to this wonderful island, and it was always a pleasure. If you don't live close enough to check in on your project daily, do not use them! Scott Hampton, the "project manager" did not check on the people doing the labor. Luckily my friend was able to check for us and keep us abreast of all the major screw ups daily. Unfortunately, my friend had no way to know that they installed 2 floors of the wrong wood! I cant testify to their construction business, But I did rent from them for over a year and had an excellent experience with them. The owner personally showed us several of his constructed properties and was interested in what we wanted, and not just to get us into a lease. Signed the paper work the very same day and it was a very easy process. The house town house was very well built and hardly ever herd our neighbors the walls were so sound proof. Got 100% of our Deposit back as well, I have never experienced that before. Very excellent business.
