Great care for your loved pets, we have one cat and one dog, Dr. Heidi treats them as if they were her very own pets! She diagnosed my cat’s thyroid issue, had lab work done to determine the strength of his medication and a few years later checked his blood, as he was showing symptoms that appeared the strength of his medication may need to be adjusted and sure enough she was correct and sent in an updated prescription. It arrives through the mail and that is so convenient as I am nearly 81 years old and no longer driving, plus due to COVID and allergic to ingredients in the vaccine, I have only been out of my house 4 times in the past two years and five month. Keep up the great caring work your clinic provides for us and especially for our pets! I do wish you could hire more staff as I phoned for and appointment a couple weeks ago and was told you were booked for the next two Months! I got referred but Every Vet on Whidbey Island was either not accepting new patients or equally had no appointments available for a very long time and even referrals to Anacortes Vets were unavailable! My daughter is married to a Pastor in Oregon and she has 3 cats and understood my sadness over my beloved cat who was ill. She immediately prayed and asked God to heal our precious cat and the cat started drinking water and the next day he ate a little food and by the third day he had a bowel movement and he had stopped throwing up and he is almost back to his usual cat-napping self. We know he’s old, but we rescued him in 2006 and he is very precious to us! Thanks for all that you do, keep up the great caring work you do and when you open I will make an appointment and hope I can be put on a standby list to be called if you ever get a cancellation!
