We had an emergency situation that involved the water shut off valves. The Fire Department had to turn the water off at the meter last night. I called Scotties at 8am, they came right out, replaced the valves and had the water back on within 20 minutes! I am so thankful for their prompt and professional response!

Excellent service polite and friendly from both office and plumbers... Hands down best plumbing on the island fair price trustworthy and experienced.... above all these are the guys take integrity in there work ..... Glad to have them in oak harbor !!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Scottie’s Plumbing, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unprofessionalism and incompetence. • Unreliable Service: They showed up hours late to the appointment, wasting a significant portion of our day. • Incomplete and Damaging Work: They failed to complete the job, leaving our shower completely inoperable. Worse, they didn’t properly shut off the water to the house, resulting in leaking pipes inside the walls that caused water to pour through our light sockets. • Rude and Dismissive Management: When I called to address these issues, the owner responded with shocking disrespect, saying, “Tough shit, cry me a river—you have one shower.” This attitude is appalling and completely unacceptable. • No Accountability: Not only did they leave the pipes unfinished and capped off, but they also made no attempt to fix their mistakes or make things right.
Their negligence has caused significant damage to my home, and their rude behavior has left me no choice but to take legal action. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and potential financial loss—look elsewhere for a professional plumber. Scottie’s Plumbing is not it.
