Dr. Quinn was the best! She was so thorough and treated my pets with care. Some clients are so harsh and expect miracles on this platform. Don't you know veterinary professionals have the highest suicide and depression rate? Maybe we should also take time to thank our professionals for doing everything they can for our pets. What I wanted was a good vet who listens and cares about my fur babies, and that is what I got at Best Friend's. My pets love her and are doing so much better under her care. I will keep coming back! Thank you, Dr. Quinn and team!
I had to bring my dog (new patient to them) in last minute yesterday after he spent the night eating trash. Dr Quinn and tech Lindsey were amazing throughout the process. I had a tight budget to work with but needed to save my daughters best friend and they worked so hard to come up with a treatment plan that fit in my budget. They kept me updated all day while he was with them and you can tell they genuinely care about the pets in their care. Hes doing 90% better today and my daughter and I could not be more grateful.
I unfortunately had to put down my sweet kitty but the staff there were incredibly sweet, understanding, very caring and thoughtful from the first phone call. They were very gentle with her during everything and even sent flowers and a couple of condolence cards to my home. Dr. Quinn was extremely kind and helped so much through the process. Thank you to Dr.Quinn and staff for your kindness and support during such a difficult time
