I was getting ready to leave for my wedding. Someone canceled on me. And booked another person for me who ending up getting sick. I was frustrated as I had to move around things. Nail appointment and mores. Such a stressful time. And then the same day the hairdresser messages and asked if I could come in later. As I had no other choice as I was flying out the next day. I was super upset. It ended up being the co-owner. Once she knew my full story, and what had happened she made things right. She worked extra long to make sure things were to my like. Jess really did amazing and understood my frustration.. thank you so much.

I moved to Oak Harbor about a year ago. And let me tell you how thankful I am for Wendy!
