“I’m sorry I don’t have more houses that need new roofs. There work is exceptional. Tim Nicholas and his crew, especially Ric, did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would. They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. Everyone was professional, polite, and careful not to cause damage to our plants and shrubs. They told us where the problem areas were on the roof and what to expect. The crew worked like a Indy 500 pit crew, — little talking, everyone knowing and doing their job with precision. A well oiled machine. And importantly, they completed the job within the time frame promised. After they finished and cleaned up there was no trace that they were ever here. We had a leaking sunroom, which was not part of their job, but they fixed it. It has rained fairly hard today and the sunroom has not leaked. They were no additional costs or add-ons to the quoted price. I recommend 20/20 Exteriors without reservation“

“I will preface this by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews. As a small business owner I thoroughly understand what negative reviews entail. Considering this, both my wife and myself have reached out several times via phone call and text with absolutely no response. Our gutters leak in spots they shouldn't and do not drain in spots they should. It is my belief that if one side was raised slightly this would fix the issue. Could I do this myself? Sure. Do I feel i should have to after spending thousands on gutters? Absolutely not. It is my hope that this review gains the attention that it needs from the business owner and that we receive, at the very least, a call back to discuss. It would be entirely preferable that the gutters be fixed. I will update this review once the call is made or if the issue is fixed. If there is no update then no progress has been made. I've attached photos of one of the issues..

“We had a great experience with Kodiak Roofing. We had chunks of our roof torn off beginning of 2021 after a huge wind storm. Every company told us there was a 6 month wait. Minimum. Here they started within a week of me contacting them and were done in 2 days. Everything was nice and clean after they were done. We went through our insurance. Kodiak Roofing were pretty good about how long it took for us to receive our money from insurance. Great work!Been meaning to write a review kept forgetting. Sorry took so long.“
