About Optum - Harbour Pointe Walk-In Clinic
The Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe Walk-in Clinic Urgent Care is recognized for its high-quality health care services. Many patients have reported positive experiences, noting the compassion of the physicians and nurses. While there may be a wait time due to the number of patients, the care provided is thorough and attentive. One patient highlighted a quick check-in process and an efficient visit, with both the nurse and doctor being knowledgeable and caring. Another visitor, initially skeptical due to negative reviews, found the staff to be great and the wait time under an hour. Overall, patients recommend the clinic for its dedication to providing quality care, often contrasting their experiences with less satisfactory visits to other urgent care facilities.
Not sure why other people review this place badly?? I just went today and the receptionist was so kind and helped me set up my new information that I needed to add. While I was sitting in the lobby (for an appropriate amount of time since four people were ahead. Walk ins are first come first serve so idk why people are complaining. I barely had to wait.) the two older people working at the lab welcomed everyone so friendly and were joking with people and remembered the past patients. Including one elderly woman who clearly goes often. She left laughing and saying “you guys always make this so fun. Thank you.”
When I got seen the nurse was very friendly and answered...read full review
I saw a PCP here for years that I loved. Then Optum took over and he left. Then I saw another PCP for one visit. I liked him. He left. I was assigned a newly hired extremely young PCP, her first dr job after interning. I saw her once. I left. She told me advice that was just wackadoo. Like i don't need a mammogram unless I feel a lump. I should stop taking any nsaids, only take tylenol. (except my baby aspirin for stroke. I should continue taking that...well I hadn't even been told to start?) She also spoke loudly and slowly in really simple sentences...which I thought was really odd because I could hear and understand her just fine. Went home and double checked last time I had a mammo, I was indeed due for one...researched what she told me...it was all for someone older than 78! I'm more than two decades younger... I don't look that old. I put two and two together regarding the way she was speaking to me...she assumed I was deaf and feeble minded. Then I get a call from Behavioral Health the next day. They told me that she had sent a referral for me to see them.. I asked what for? They said she told them I had said I was lonely. I said, "No, I never said that???" I never even said I was depressed on the little questionnaire they always give you. They said, "Well she's worried because you live alone and you have no family nearby...she wants you to come talk to us. " Ah! I get it! She wants me to get checked out for the 'Mentia'! I told them politely no. Walk in has always been hit or miss, depending on who you get. More miss than hit lately. I will try other places next time I need urgent care The second star is for a neurologist I saw at the hoyt office. He was good.
I've been to the walk in clinic at least twice and found it an excellent care center. The physicians, the nurses are all quite compassionate, in my experience. Like any medical facility there's a bit of a wait while other patients are treated, but once the clinic does open you're treated well...and thoroughly. Highly recommended.
