After viewing samples from three different companies, we decided on DaVinci Roofscapes' engineered, composite shakes. It looked the most like our original thick, cedar, hand-split shakes that we'd had for decades. We wanted it so badly we were willing to wait out the 22 week lead time from the manufacturer. That meant it would put us smack in the middle of a Northwest winter when they arrived. I was super worried about a very worn roof being exposed to the elements any longer and installing a new roof in wind, rain and cold. I was given peace of mind when Kenny offered, at no extra charge, to protect any parts of the roof where shakes were missing during the summer to endure until we could commence the project in January. Legacy also is careful to cover any exposed areas if there is wet weather while removing the old and installing the new roof.

Kenny is very detailed in his interactions, paperwork and most importantly the workmanship. He was on site every day, takes great pride in the job and goes the extra mile to solve any problems that arise. His crew was really fun and hard-working.
