Doctor Wong explained very nicely in terms i can understand, and didn't force to buy extra service i don't need. Optician Shawn was super friendly and helpful with checking out what we are paying for and what is covered. Knows the deals and letting us know the best options plus costs if we go with other options. Overall very trustworthy service here.
