We needed to redo our yard and install a sprinkler system. We received a few quotes for the work. We chose Tom because of his vision for our yard, his professionalism, and punctuality. Also, we saw a few other yards he did and we were impressed. We are so glad we went with Tom. He did an outstanding job. Our front yard was a full redo. It required the removal of everything that existed (including a few scraggly trees, bushes, and the lawn). The ground in our yard was heavy clay, so in the excavation process Tom's team removed a layer of clay before tilling in new soil to mix with the clay. Then finishing by adding many loads of soil on top. The outcome was a solid base for our landscaping to grow and thrive. The plants Tom used in our yard are wonderful. A true balance of color, texture, and size. He added rocks/boulders within the flow of the plants and trees to create "our park". The sod he chose was brought in from Oregon because it matched the conditions of our yard better. We love standing outside and looking at everything. We have received hundreds of compliments from people walking the sidewalk passed our house in the 6 weeks since Tom's team finished. Some people even stop and stare at all the pieces - taking in the complete picture it creates. And to top things off, truly the "wow" that we didn't anticipate it being, is the exterior lighting that Tom put in. The first time my wife and I saw it the evening that Tom's team finished the project we were blown away. We were SO pleased about the work Tom did. We felt like we were on the grounds at a resort. Everything Tom designed, down to the details like sprinkler head locations and the angle of the lights into the trees was absolutely thought through to be exceptional. If you're considering using Tom's Landscaping, please come see our yard. We've given him permission to share our address with legitimate potential clients. We couldn't be happier with what he and his team did for us.
J2 was prompted with their site visit after contracting with them. Email communication was great with Stephen, the engineer we worked with.
When He came to our complex, he was attentive to our needs and honest about the condition of the property and what should be prioritized. He went around back of the building and investigated every nook and cranny for the current conditions of the integrity of various support structures.
I told J2 and Stephen that our complex is in need of budgeting large repair costs and they accommodated that. Stephen gave me advice on how to prioritize repair projects in light of safety. He also found a structural beam that was deemed unsafe, and before leaving he made sure to caution tape off the areas of concern to protect the residents.
This construction consultant doesn't just look out for their interests in light of providing good customer service, but in the clients interests as if they were in the clients shoes themselves.
I appreciate Stephen and found his knowledge and expertise in construction and engineering to not only be competent, but even better than a couple of the individuals we went out on bid with out of the group of them. He knows his stuff!

Good sales pitch by an experienced well-informed salesperson, but perhaps a little heavy handed. Excellent communication from the company's installation crew on when they would be doing the word. Prompt and overall high-quality installation. Left leaf debris cleaned out of the gutter on walkways and window trim, where it had fallen (could have cleaned up a bit better), but overall, highly satisfied with the experience.
We admire Taekwondo Way team in Mukilteo, starting from Headmaster, Masters, and Instructors. They are professional, respectful, and teaching people sincerely. I found positive and productive environment that I am looking for me and my little son as a family. I like the community there. I have sense of belonging since the first day I came in there.

I called with a question about pricing for a men's manicure, and they were incredibly helpful and pleasant on the phone, quickly letting me know the price was $25. Even more impressive, it seemed like they were willing to open their doors a little early just because I was at the door. The level of customer service and friendliness is amazing. Was able to get an appointment exactly when I wanted it. They did an amazing job. For my manicure and pedicure. They have tons of options for colors (gel, regular, dip, acrylics). Got the exact colors I wanted. They do offer a free glass of wine with $30+ service. Enjoyed the whole time there with the message chairs and full foot treatment pedicure.

I got a shampoo and cut here for $39. It is cheaper than what I used to pay in California and I got a better cut. Anna was also super friendly and talkative which made the experience go by much faster. She also gave me the best scalp massage of my life.

Dr. Rachel Day has earned my trust. I would recommend her direct primary care services to anyone! She is the only doctor who genuinely helped me resolve my terrible my feet pain, which turned out to be a ganglion cyst. I lived with this pain for FIVE YEARS, saw three different podiatrists and had several PCP visits and was ready to give up hope.
I brought my problems and frustrations to her and she gave me a path forward — she validated that this was not normal pain, and gave me guidance on exactly the correct diagnostic step (MRI and CT scan imaging) which finally found the source of my pain: a ganglion cyst that is 100% addressable through aspiration or surgery. My pain is finally gone now!
It’s unbelievable what a difference it makes to see a competent direct primary care doctor rather than traditional private equity+insurance conglomerate aligned doctors. I saw three podiatrists at Optum.
The first podiatrist, after ten minutes, declared that there was nothing he could do, and that I need to take NSAIDs and ice my feet with peas for the rest of my life.
The second podiatrist told me that PT was the answer, and to use orthotics for “metatarsalgia” (a symptom, not a diagnosis). The orthotics actually placed a ridge right where the cyst was that made the pain worse.
I decided to “pregame” my third podiatrist appointment with Dr. Day. She coached me on what diagnostics I need and how to get them to listen. The third podiatrist walked in, without asking me a question declared that my pain was because my calves were tight, and even challenged me when I asked for imaging, saying “Why do you think you need that? What do you expect to get out of it?” I stayed firm, we did the imaging, it found the problem, I went back to Dr. Day to consult on next steps and followed her guidance. And now, my pain is 90% gone (and even getting better by the day).
I was miserable with this pain. Gave up on running, wearing shoes to walk on carpeted floors in my house even to go to the bathroom at night as a 39 year old man. Now I can play barefoot in the grass and sand with my kids again. :)
Optum’s doctors are incentivized to see as many patients as quickly as they can. It’s actually better for them to NOT solve your problem so you keep coming back. They genuinely demonstrated no curiosity in finding a root cause.
Dr. Day is incentivized to heal you. It isn’t cheap, so it has to be good to get you to come back, and she is damn good as a healer. Exactly what I want from a doctor.

I've had my lashes done by a few places in the area and they are nowhere near as great as the lash artist here. She's very accommodating, super friendly and the atmosphere is so cute and calming! I also recently just had a facial here and I left feeling amazing and glowy! I always tell my friends to come here.
You don't meet people like JD anymore. He's honest, knows what he's doing, and I could tell he had mine and my wife's best interest at heart. He could have charged me thousands of dollars to replace my sewer main, but instead he did he due diligence, and worked with the city of Everett on my behalf and we learned our issue was a connection problem and the city is stepping up to the plate to help get this resolved. Had Anthony from zoom drain out this weekend to clear a blockage in our main sewer line. He located the blockage and cleared it quickly. Dr Salma is one of the best chiropractors that I have ever been to, he actually cares about the people he sees , I was in tremendous amount of pain and no primary care dr in the world could fix it, but after seeing dr Salma I am I’m a lot less pain and can actually function he helped me so much I appreciate him tremendously. Don’t waste your time going to regular dr they can’t fix what dr salama can .

Edit: The most recent massage was back to excellent. Strong accurate pressure, professional, and the full duration without interruptions. Very relaxing and therapeutic. I'll keep returning as long as the quality continues moving forward.
This place used to be amazing--strong professional massage and convenient to home. But the change of staff has been unfortunate. The new person demanded payment up front, which was weird--I prefer to pay and tip at the end. Then while giving the massage, she answered her cell phone, which rang and chimed very loudly several times close to my head, and left the room to answer the main phone.
More importantly, the massage wasn't as good as the previous person. She had VERY sharp nails, spent a very long time on my head, and kept scratching my ears and neck.
It's too bad, but I don't think I'll be going back.
I’ve been going to Wendy for many years now and she keeps me pain free. My job in health care puts a lot of stress on my body and before seeing her regularly I was always in pain. She is very caring and attentive and I’m so glad I’ve found a masseuse as wonderful as her!
