We had a mainline blockage that needed repairs and Jim Dandy was a life saver. Shane came out on Saturday and was knowledgeable and shared every step of the process with us. When it turned out to be more than originally quoted for reasons of our older home, they shared options and solutions. Manuel came out the next day and after making the necessary repairs we shared thatbwe had shopped there pricing and that they were competitive with other local companies. They were appreciative, professional, and respectful. Great company and great employees, Manuel and Shane were great!
Good friendly knowledgeable service but way over priced service for a very short time especially in emergency when you need real help. Better have other companies who do similar services contact info on your contact list so you don't way over pay for this service Mr. jim Dandy does & over charges

Top notch crew was sent to my house to tackle some plumbing issues including main water line replacement, drain clean out and inspection and rebuild of washer ptrap. This crew was seriously on their A game and I never doubted anything they said. The plan was clearly laid out and communication was constant thru the entire process. The guys are clearly a team that works well together. Yoesef was the team apprentice, I can confidently say he will do big things in life based on his work ethic, honesty and charismatic personality.
