He was extremely nice to talk to over the phone, never rude to me or my client. His prices are a little high as opposed to others but he has done one of my other clients' house prior and he does a fantastic job! Especially because he seems to be the only one that does tile, upholstery and carpet around here !

Steve did an amazing job! Our precious puppy and grandbabies blessed our carpets with dirt, grime, and urine. After the cleaning was done, there is no more stains and our home smells amazing! Thank you! Highly recommend Rainbow carpet cleaning!!
