We had water damage from a leaking refrigerator that required flooring, insulation, wood trim and sheetrock replacement. It was quite a mess and our insurance recommended we call JRCC. They promptly mitigated within a day, drying out damage over the next week. Their construction arm followed with restoring the home back to normal, better than it was, and we were very pleased. As with any construction there were a few hiccups (mostly their flooring subcontractor) but they made them come back and fix the problem. Cindy in the office is so friendly, and the team JRCC sent out was thorough and efficient in getting set up to handle the job. I am so thankful for that team and the supervisor that showed up. He was so nice, calmed me down from my anxiety regarding the situation, and was so understanding with all my questions and concerns. That meant so much and really showed his dedication to see the work through.
