My new house they did all the heating and air stuff and did a great job. There was a minor issue with the draining of the upstairs AC unit months later, but they came out quickly and took care of it for me no charge.

I am in the industry and have very high expectations of the work done on my own home. With that being said I was leery of who I hired to do my retrofit. I chose polhamus because they are a local preferred contractor with the county for rebates and they are a union shop. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the most thorough on initial meeting.
The enclosed photos are the finished product of a retrofit from 30 year old original equipment. They added in a new second return air for better whole home air flow and took the time to explain everything even though I am in the industry something I appreciate. Permits...read full review
When it comes to a complete heating and air system we trusted Palhamus heating and AC. They were all professional and courtesy. They had to completely move our furnace and you’d never know that it wasn’t put there when we built our home. We love our new system and would recommend them to take care of your needs.
