“We enjoyed the experience with A\u0026R Mechanical. We initially hired them to help with the plumbing portion of adding propane to our home but prior to their arrival to make a bid our heat pump system started acting up. Not only did they get the propane plumbing done, but they also fixed our heat pump. We were so happy we called on them because their expert knowledge led them to fix a bad wiring job that could have burnt our house down. We will definitely use them again and plan to sign up for their Express Service Membership program.“

“I highly recommend working with Polhamus Heating & AC, Inc. We recently had our Mitsubishi 3-zone 30,000 btu ductless mini split heat pump system installed by Polhamus. Tom Silva was our comfort specialist and he did an amazing job of walking us through the entire process and answering our questions professionally. Tom was conscientious and prompt in his communications with us during installation and following L & I inspection. The system passed without a hitch. We are now enjoying comfort heating this winter and are looking forward to a cooler home in the summer months. “They were great. Next day appointment. Arrived a little late but James was amazing. We were stressed and trying to leave town (to head home). We didn't realize the replacement sink we bought was cracked. James did everything he could do, then came back when we returned with another sink. He was so professional, so courteous and really really good at his job. Haven't received the bill yet, but James quoted the price that I assume will be charged.“
