“I would like to acknowledge the staff and accommodations they have for their clients, especially during the euthanasia process. They have always taken great care of our animals, but today truly stood out. I have never been in the room for my pet passing, and I’m very glad I did. The quiet room and the amount of time to spend with my beloved dachshund Buddy was truly a blessing. Seeing an elderly pet so relaxed without pain was incredibly reassuring and brought an unexpected peace for me and my family. They explained every step of the way which I truly appreciated.
