The Everett Clinic Internal Medicine

Have been sitting in my car since 8:30am (nearly 4 hours), waiting for Everett Clinic Mill Creek to get me in to their "walk-in clinic". This is because they cancelled my scheduled apt yesterday a few hours before my apt.

Cane there for an walkin clinic. Only one reception was there until i checked in with new receptionist about 15minutes. I waited almost an hour to see a doctor. There were people some had appointment but most of em were walkin. They used to have waiting line names shown on the tv unfortunately bot anymore. I tried to reserve online to get my line til i get there however that feature is not available anymore as well. Nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and friendly though.

I waited for almost an hour (time in reception + exam room) so I finally just left. I understand wait times can be long for a walk-in clinic, but this was ridiculous considering I was there for a bad back and sitting was extremely painful. Moreover, I went to use the restroom and it was absolutely gross. There were two (2) used urine volume catchers sitting on the floor and sink and the trash looked liked it hadn't been removed for a week. There were used hand towels on the floor and around the entire bathroom. I won't be back.I
