About The Everett Clinic Primary Care
The Everett Clinic Primary Care is a healthcare provider that has been serving the community for over 15 years. According to reviews, the clinic offers quality care, with friendly and understanding staff, including excellent physicians like Cristina Theis. However, some patients have expressed concerns about the clinic's recent purchase by Optum, which they feel has prioritized profits over patient care. Patients have reported longer wait times, difficulty scheduling appointments, and a perceived lack of care from the front office staff and some doctors. Despite these challenges, many patients continue to trust their primary care providers at The Everett Clinic and appreciate the convenience of on-site lab services and the overall quality of the medical care they receive.

If I didnt want to see my primary care doctor I'd be better off skipping the appointment they're an hour late for and just being a walk in myself.Tldr; doctors, nurses, and staff are all 5/5. But this policy and...read full review
