Spotlight Inspection performed a pre inspection on our house and did an incredible job! Daren was very thorough and knowledgeable. The house we bought was 31 years old and hadn’t been updated but he helped walk through each space and did an excellent job explaining the construction of the home and pointed out possible issues. He also has the ability to snake the plumbing line, which a lot of inspectors don’t. I’d hire them again in a heart beat.
