Omie showed up on time, ready to go and was extremely self sufficient. I was able to go run some errands while he completed a thorough inspection of the houses. The walkthrough was great and he pointed out things out for me that I would never have noticed were safety issues and not up to code as well as providing detailed explanations for why something is on his radar.
