Our 25+ year old roof and 5 sky lights were in need of replacing. After getting bids from multiple roofers, and visiting the Master Roofing showroom I decided to go with Masters Roofing. Their reasonable pricing, excellent reviews, and the owner's (Chuck) knowledgable and experienced assistance convinced me to choose them. Chuck did an excellent job of describing and showing me photos and samples of the optional roofing mateterial and detail choices prior to the install. We had 4 different companies give us an estimate for replacing the roof on our home in Bothell. Chuck (the owner) was referred by a trusted friend. He came out fully prepared, spent over half an hour with my husband, explained everything that they would be doing and left the estimate. My husband and I discussed it and agreed to go with Masters Roofing. We paid the deposit on Thursday and his crew was on site on Saturday, with a prompt 8 a.m. start. His crew was professional, thorough, and respectful, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They even removed the dump trailer the same day. I contacted Master's Roofing after a friend referred them. The owner, Chuck, was amazing. We had a complex situation with lawyers and HOA restrictions, which he handled with calm professionalism. Chuck spent lots of time explaining the best options for the unusual issues we had. He and his team did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend them.
