Todd was awesome!! I emailed several places and he responds promptly. I like his system of dropping off the slides and he keeps you up to date on the progress, he is willing to text and take a phone call and answer any questions. His patience is awesome. I loved my entire experience. The finished product was amazing and my whole family loved it! I watched it several times! Todd did an amazing job digitizing a large bulk of home videos. I had 70 VHS tapes over 25 years old. It's so magical seeing memories in an accessible format! Todd's communication is really fast and clear. His experience and professionalism made me feel safe handing off these invaluable tapes. Would highly recommend him!
