Worst patient experience ever with Dr Walston. Did not feel heard, was condescended to and questioned, and had to advocate for my own needs. Will be switching practices

Dr. Sytman far exceeded my expectations. He spent more than enough time answering all my questions and discussing my concerns. A real gentleman and an unusual doctor who seems to actually care. Very refreshing!

Dr. Alexandra C Styhl is truly an answered prayer. I waited several months for my appointment, and it was absolutely worth it.

She is compassionate, thorough, and genuinely cares about finding the root cause of health concerns. I brought lab results from another clinic that had never been properly explained to me, and Dr. Styhl took the time to review everything in detail. She noticed areas that were below optimal levels and ordered additional testing rather than simply dismissing my concerns.

What sets her apart is that she listens, investigates, and truly partners with her patients to improve their health. I am so grateful to have finally found a primary care doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated.

After my first couple of visits to the Mercer Island office (I transferred care from Ballard) I have to say that I am absolutely won over by their kindness, attentiveness, and care. Hope to be with them for many years to come.

I was genuinely impressed with the time Rebecca spent with me as a new patient. She covered most if not all of my ailments and history from Oregon. She was most pleasant and courteous when reviewing my family history. She also made references to t he cardiologist and imaging lab people and ordered my prescription immediately. Look forward to meeting with Dr. Watson in July.
