Natural Dentistry, Orthodontics - Jessica Saepoff DDS - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I chose Dr. Saepoff after finding her online. She seemed experienced, kind, and professional. My first appointment went well (had all my amalgam fillings removed). Second appointment was where the trouble started. I needed two crowns. The first one broke shortly after the procedure. With the second one, she didn’t file it down enough and it rubbed against the inside of my cheek causing discomfort and open sores. I called numerous times to have both issues addressed. My daughter and I have gone to Dr.Saepoff for several years now. She is excellent and I would highly recommend her. She listens carefully to you and suggests various options based on your needs, helping you weigh the pros and cons. I had ortho work done and am very happy with the results - better than I anticipated and they will be in great alignment for the rest of my life. So delighted! Now my daughter is working with Dr. Saepoff using Invisalign which has been a far superior experience than my older daughter (who went to a different ortho in Factoria and had metal braces for years).
