Simple Star Solutions replaced my house’s full roof, and I’m so happy with the quality of their work. Miguel was easy to work with, polite, and kind, and they completed the job on time. They also used quality materials, and I was pleased with their price. Miguel helped me choose the right materials for the shingles and vents, and he gave me great explanations and suggestions. He really is a true professional roof expert, and he’s such a talented and skilled person. I highly recommend them, and I honestly wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars!
I had a bathroom vent that output to the roof that broke and was leaking water into the attic/house. Miguel was very responsive and was able to come out to fix it the next day. He performed the work quickly and did an excellent job.
I had a small leak from vent area and called Miguel. He responded in a same day and scheduled for estimate right away. And next day of estimate visit, he just fixed and explained what the cause of leak was and did find another issue and fixed it as well. I appreciated his professionalism.
