As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I quickly discovered after closing that we had far more work ahead of us than expected. Ricky is very friendly and professional! He saved us after a week without power in our master bathroom by replacing an outlet. I felt like he was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, and he offered us guidance and suggestions for the future without making me feel any pressure. He went above and beyond!
