“This business is a gem. I avoid clothing that needs dry cleaning. However, over the years I did have to take some difficult pieces for dry cleaning and alterations. Whether it is clothing with feathers, silk or leather, they did a fantastic job cleaning them and even correcting the mistake I made while trying to clean them myself. The owner and the staff are very friendly and communicate clearly and timely with the customers regarding the schedule. Steam & Press is my go to shop for dry clean and alteration.“

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving weekend I had to have my Black Jacket cleaned, due to a destination wedding I was leaving for the following Wednesday Morning, (they were not open Thursday - Friday, and are closed every Monday). Not only did they get it cleaned Tuesday, but because I was flying out early Wednesday morning, they hand delivered it to me at my home at 7pm. You don't do this unless you care about your business!
