This business is a gem. I avoid clothing that needs dry cleaning. However, over the years I did have to take some difficult pieces for dry cleaning and alterations. Whether it is clothing with feathers, silk or leather, they did a fantastic job cleaning them and even correcting the mistake I made while trying to clean them myself. The owner and the staff are very friendly and communicate clearly and timely with the customers regarding the schedule. Steam & Press is my go to shop for dry clean and alteration.
What amazing service and results! We were from out of town. The Mother of the Bride was responsible for steaming the wrinkles out of our daughter's wedding dress and found it to be impossible. We called 2 days before the wedding and Steam & Press - Marysville made us their #1 priority for the day and turned it around in hours. What an incredible relief and gift! We are so, so, so thankful for their tremendous service and great work. (Would have loved to share a photo but the Google specific format makes it too difficult.). Thank you again!!
I don’t believe I am able to express my how impressive this business is in enough detail. A family ran business that truly understands the true meaning in customer service. A quality as a fellow business owner that I seek out daily. Steam and Press are always so professional. I drop off to them weekly and it’s a really nice touch to see that they remember the names of all the customers that come in. I always observe how they interact with other customers while I wait my turn, and they give the same amazing treatment to every customer.
