“I had a great experience working with John at City wide fence. Him and his team built me a beautiful 31 foot wrought iron sliding gate for the front of my property. The finished product turned out exactly the way I wanted it and the cost was very reasonable. John was hands on from the minute I walked in to their shop, to the final installation at my house. “Farshad and Navid at Premium Wood did a great job fixing my fence. A wind storm blew down several panels and posts, but I really didn't want to replace them since I have climbing plants growing through and between the slats (including a 10+ year old unusual jasmine variety that is my pride and joy). They came up with a creative solution - adding new posts and attaching the old ones to those - that saved my plants and has my fence back up without having to demolish anything. And now I have bonus posts to grow new climbing vines on! They're also great at communicating via email/text/phone promptly, which is not something you can always count on with contractors. “When we moved into our home 5 years ago, we needed to fence in our yard so our dogs could run without traveling to our neighbor's yard. I contacted local fence contractors, but they did not offer the quality product that Travis did. Some also never called back (typical Seattle service).We designed the gates and fence with Travis in wrought Iron and he made the fencing and then installed them. “Pleased with the work they've done, though there are a few small quibbles I could bring up, and since they asked for a review, I'll give my honest thoughts below. If you're wanting the short version: Solid work at a good price, though some small issues with organizing the work did come up.Cleaning up the yard and replanting went great, the work was done promptly (at the time they said they'd be here), and took a reasonable amount of time. There were a few details which were overlooked (the plants in these photos still had tags on them even once put into the ground); not a deal breaker, but not perfect either.The only real criticism I could give would be that it seemed like my project was something they were less experienced with, as shown by plant sourcing and transparency at certain points. For my project I was wanting some specific native plants (which I had made sure were vaguely available from local plant nurseries), but an issue came up shortly before the replanting work where I had to help source some of the plants (some places just didn't have enough readily available). Which happens - I'm hardly an expert who knows if that's reasonable - but it is something that I had figured was handled since this issue didn't come up until time was a factor.Am I happy? AbsolutelyDo I think there could have been improvements in how the project was handled? YesAm I an expert whose opinion matters? Not really“

We had a regular wood fence, a split rail fence, a Hog wire fence and a combination of wood and hog wire installed at our property. Everything was handled courteously and professionally. The work speaks volumes -- the fences adding a great deal to the way our property appears and functions, and the way it prevents critters from accessing areas we don't want them to. I can't say enough good things about Jackie, Tammy, and Ricky and his crew. I wish I had other projects for them as there is something fantastic about having work done perfectly every time. “Aguayo Professional has been maintaining our yard for 7-8 years. They come every two weeks, rain or shine (except snow). The workers are diligent, responsible and never leaving any trash behind. We have a greenbelt in front of our house. In fall, it is really hard to keep our yard clean, but they always manage to keep it presentable. We pay them using our bank's auto-pay, and they always send us email receipts. It is very convenient.
