Christina helped us figure out whether LVP or laminate made more sense, we have two dogs and a toddler so durability was the main thing. Went with luxury vinyl for the whole first floor and so far nothing has messed it up. Mud, spills, toys getting thrown around, it all wipes right off. We're in Bothell and they got us on the schedule within the week.

My rental in Bothell needed new floors fast between tenants. Got vinyl plank flooring installation done in two days flat, Will's understood the urgency. The gray wood-look planks hide dirt well and my new tenants think it's real hardwood. Christina suggested a thicker wear layer since it's a rental and that was smart advice. Already scheduled them for my other property's engineered hardwood floor installation next month.
