Christine front desk is extremely professional, kind and excellent customer service. She has assisted me in referral and helped alleviate insurance concerns and helped me find a provider. She did more than my insurance company. Excellence. Highly recommend.
Would recommend Nova Eye Care for medical purposes as well as the purchasing aspect. Not only does Doctor Jang stays through during my appointments, customer service as well as the office environment is friendly. Doctor Jang and the front desk is always approachable, stays speedy in glasses delivery and prescription, and true to customers. Always provides the various options for prescribed glasses at affordable prices, so many to choose from! Always appreciative of their friendliness.
