I’ve been sugaring (hair removal) consistently for about 8 years and I’ve been everywhere (all the hair removal places in Vancouver and beyond). I can confidently say Rachel is one of the best. She is extremely professional, thorough, and skilled. Her treatment room is spotlessly clean. Her technique makes for a more comfortable experience and you leave feeling smooth and hair free. Her rates are also totally reasonable. I go 5-weeks between appointments and haven’t picked up a razor in years. My skin is sensitive and I’ve been burned by waxing in the past. Or I would turn bright red. Sugaring is the answer and it’s worth going out of your way to book with Rachel.“

She made me feel comfortable and maintained professionalism throughout the entire appointment. I chose her largest bundle, (full legs, full arms, under arms, and Brazilian) and the experience exceeded my expectations! The laser didn’t hurt. It caused a poking sensation, but was extremely tolerable. Alena constantly checked in with me to make sure I was never in pain and left me with clear after-care advice. I’m excited to be back in a month for my second appointment!“
