Excellent customer service, always ready to give a bid in a timely manner (I'm a Realtor, so I've worked with them a bit), have demonstrated expertise in all things roofing, (including the important matter of ventilation), and just always do a top quality job. They will do repairs, and not just on roofs they've installed as is the policy for many companies I've found. The biggest thing though, is that they are always great at communicating with the client about what's going on, what the issues are, and what the options are moving forward. “I can’t understand the poor reviews. Rainshield Roofing was competent, hard working and explained what and why they were installing. In the Pacific Northwest, roofs get a beating from wind, rain, overcast days and tree debris. After 22 years, we needed a new roof, including all new exterior plywood. They also added side vents and a ridge vents. They cleaned up and I have yet to find any roofing debris despite removing the shingles and plywood and under layer.Service: Roof installation“

“I recommend Mt Baker Roofing 1000%! I wish that I had called on them first to replace my roof after trees fell on my roof a year ago in a wind storm. I have had two failed roofs installed over the last year. Unbelievable, I know, but I hired two really bad contractors before I hired Mt. Baker. I am so happy because the roof Mt. Baker installed is PERFECT and I can rest assured knowing I have a great roof to protect my home. They were really kind and patient and helped me work through everything. They also did my gutters and they are really pretty and work well! THANK YOU to the whole Mt Baker team for everything!“
“George has replaced several roofs in my neighborhood and comes highly recommended. I found him to be upfront, honest and to have integrity. He was closely involved with the work as it was being done and ensured it was done right. He told me he strives to take the risk out of the cost of replacing a leaking roof and then proved it by absorbing the cost of replacing some of the damaged decking that was impossible to see before tearing off the roof. He even honored our agreement 3 months later when the real rains began and my gutter was overflowing on one corner, his guy came and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. They are very busy so follow up work might require a little patience but I have found them to be responsive.This is the first (and likely last) time I've recommended anyone on the internet but my experience with these guys was above and beyond positive.Services: Gutter installation“
