Michael was an excellent representative for your company. He kept us informed of when he would be at our house, and when he arrived, he was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. He answered any questions that we had, and after such great service, we can hardly wait for six more months until he comes back to take care of our system again. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this company, and everyone we have encountered is incredibly well trained, and customer service.
Colin was amazing.
He knew exactly what he was doing, he was great with my kids and animals. He did absolutely everything in his power to get what we needed for our home at the lowest cost to us at under $200 a month. Even though we were unable to make it financially work at this time, we know exactly who we are going to call when our finances allow us to switch from our old electric furnace to a minisplit system for our home :)
Can’t say enough good things about this company. Great service, great work, fair pricing. Michael (technician) was very thorough, taking photos and sharing his findings. He even helped me understand my unit and the controls. Colin, the owner is amazing! He does work at my place of employment as well and has helped us ensure we are comfortable at work and home!
