“Belks is one of those companies who have integrity, actually care, and try to help as much as they possibly can. I've had them come out to my tenant occupied rental property to work on a commode clog. This same issue happened again (not due to house plumbing) but were unable to come out right away. They talked on the phone with me at length for what the problem could be, (they remembered earlier calls and knew history of what was going on) and then actually recommended another company who could come out same day. Jim (who I was talking with) even called the other company to fill him in prior to my call. He was knowledgeable, extremely supportive, and just downright awesome. I never felt they were trying to hurry up and get off the phone, but did feel listened to, cared about and solutions given. Everything was explained in detail. I can't say enough good about Belks! They're wonderful, and I highly recommend them when dealing with any plumbing issue.“
