Honestly pretty sad. I've never dyed my hair before so I know that my stylist over charged me. I spoke with so many people and did my own research after my hair was done. It took 2 sessions for my hair. Not only that, it was over 500 dollars total. She over charged me. And when I went to get my hair toned, she charged me extra AND made my hair blue. It took weeks for it to get it back to what it was before. So talk about a waste of money. Not only that.. she gave me wrong directions about using shampoos. She told me to use a purple shampoo every other wash, but after my hair staying looking purple, I did my own research and read that is way too often. For my first time ever making a big change. I've never been more disappointed and taken advantage of. Idk If all the stylists are this bad. But mine was. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Moving is always hard... finding a new hair stylist is even harder! I had gone to the same gal for 15yrs back home so to say I was nervous might be an understatement. Amanda was AMAZING!! She turned my 4 month grown out dead blah hair into the perfect blonde and cut! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely going back.

Have not been here but was calling to setup a facial appointment for my wife and mother-in-law. They were completely booked but she gave me tons of suggestions for other spas. Stellar customer service even for a non-customer. In my opinion that speaks volumes of the business and the people they employee.
