The sales rep was thorough and professional--he found bedbugs isolated to our headboard, checked every other room, and confirmed they hadn't spread to our mattress or anywhere else. he stayed we needed to test asap to avoid them spreading. He recommended the most expensive treatment, but when we chose the cheaper option, he said it was actually what would be recommended--our first red flag. We were told we couldn't schedule until payment was made, so we paid nearly $2,000. The contract was done after hours, and we were promised a call from scheduling that never came. Good luck reaching someone locally. All phone numbers lead to an offisite call center, which is not my idea of good customer service.
