If it weren’t for Lauren, we likely would have taken our business elsewhere. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely at ease with the renovation process, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients.

Couldn’t have been easier! Clean and organized store and friendly people. We were in and out. Lauren was lovely and on top of things and wildly timely in her replies for ordering. They had someone in to measure right away, we went in and picked what we wanted, they ordered it, and it was installed within 2.5 weeks. The installers were very lovely people and they did a flawless and quick job. One of the easiest and quickest upgrades we’ve made!

Samantha Whitmire was so prepared for our meeting to pick out all our tile and flooring. She had obviously done her homework with our building people at Lexar Homes.
